YOCOCU-YOuth in the COnservation of CUltural Heritage International meeting, La Sapienza Rome
The Italian Association of Conservation Scientists
(AICS) and the “Younger Chemists” Group
of Italian Chemical Society (SCI-Young Group)
have the pleasure to announce the First International
Meeting: “YOuth in COnservation of
CUltural Heritage - YOCOCU”. The event
will be held in Rome on 24th – 25th November
2008 in the framework of “European Science
Week 2008” and will be based on biennial appointment.
It is addressed mainly to young Architects,
Conservation Scientists, Art Historians
Conservator/Curators, Conservator/Restorers
and others, and consists of a two days conference:
the first devoted to the policy and strategy to
promote an active role of these actors in the
conservation field;
the second, to give voice to young professionals
to share experiences, studies and new
researches.
